About Paul Villmoare

Paul Villmoare is a licensed Realtor in the state of Maryland and a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors.  He is native of Baltimore and graduated from St.Paul´s School in Brooklandville. In college Paul studied abroad in Spain, and upon graduating from the University of Virginia, moved back to Spain where he lived for thirteen years.

It was abroad that Paul first discovered his love of real estate, purchasing his first house in the province of Toledo, Spain.  From that moment on, he has consistently researched real estate both in the Baltimore area and Mediterranean region for homes and investment opportunities. He also has contacts in the real estate world in both Spain and Portugal, where he travels regularly.  

Paul´s international background helps him navigate the complexities of cross-cultural negotiations for both the local and international community with ease. After having spent many years overseas, he is completely fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and speaks French and Turkish. Paul´s local and international experience helps him reach clientele from all over the world and empathize with those who feel stress and anxiety about moving to a new region or country.

As a realtor, he understands the importance of being detail oriented in the purchase of what for many is the largest investment a family or individual can make.  Paul´s dedication comes from his desire to help people see their dream of owning a house come true.  He is patient and wants those who are buying, renting or selling a house to understand all aspects of the process and feel comfortable and confident when making a decision. 

Paul made the transition to real estate after more than twenty-five years in the field of education, having taught at Gilman, McDonogh and the Park School in Baltimore and C.E.P.A in Madrid, Spain.  He holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia, a B.S. from McDaniel College and a D.U.P.L.E.  from the University of Lisbon in Portugal.
